Working on a 1-1 basis with a trainer your own personal needs, goals and expectations can be determined. Specific training programmes will be carried out and tailored along the way, as well as looking closely at your nutrition and lifestyle habits. Each trainer has different training styles and ideas all toward guiding you down the right track to meet your own personal goals.
