STRALA YOGA ROSSENDALE

All Strala Yoga classes move slowly and continuously, guided with deep breath and easygoing movement. You’ll build strength and flexibility whilst letting go of stress in the body and leave feeling calm, focused and energised. Class suitable from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.
Wednesday’s 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Sunday’s 11.15am – 12.15pm
